Most projects are located within a 50-mile radius of our office location. However, some projects are outside of that radius and may require additional travel.

You will work independently and/or in a team to set up, perform, and complete all aspects of prep and painting work.

JOB DUTIES
• Carrying paint and materials from vehicle to and around jobsite (Up to 50 lbs., carried up to 25 yards)
• Carrying equipment & tools from vehicle to and around jobsite (Up to 50 lbs., carried up to 25 yards)
• Arrive to jobsite on-time, use Fieldworker App to clock-in and check in with Lead or Foreman
• Patching small holes and fixing imperfections in surfaces
• Use patching compound, putty, tape, & wall mud to patch holes and create even surface
• Sanding, scraping, and preparing the surface for painting
• Use sandpaper, putty knife, and sanding block to smooth surface to receive paint
• Use hand masker or apply masking tape to protect surrounding surfaces from paint
• Use brush, roller, and/or paint sprayer to apply coatings as required
• Ascend and descend ladders, scaffolding, scissor, and boom-lifts (Lift certification required prior to work on lifts)
• Sweep or vacuum flooring, dump garbage into appropriate receptacle or dispose at shop
• Communicate project progress, timelines, & resources needed with Lead or Foreman
• Record time accurately and adheres to all meal and break policies
• Leaves jobsite clean and organized at the end of every day
• Use water to wash brushes, rollers, bucket grids, spray rigs and all equipment
• Clock out per scheduled time in Fieldworker App

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
 Must be able to carry 50 pounds
 Can maneuver through buildings of several floors
 Follow directions and communicate effectively
 Ability to work within a team
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 Able to use mobile device to account for time and communicate with office
 Excellent time management skills and dependability
 Driving record must meet company insurance requirements if driving is part of the role
 Adequate transportation and storage capacity for tools and PPE
 Cleanliness and organization a priority
 Records time accurately and efficiently
 Adheres to company policies and procedures
